Lograr Workforce Development is a contractor-led initiative created by Lograr Architectural Metal & Glass Corp — a Chicago-based firm with deep roots in commercial glazing and architectural metal fabrication. We built this program because we know what the trades need, and we know what our communities deserve.
Our initiative creates structured pathways into commercial glazing, architectural metal fabrication, construction logistics, manufacturing, and union skilled trades. We pair hands-on fabrication exposure with workforce readiness training and supportive-service referrals.
We work alongside unions, contractors, developers, and funders to build an ecosystem that opens doors — and keeps them open.

Our core pathway — built on Lograr AMG Corp's 20+ years in the trade. Participants gain hands-on exposure to commercial glazing, curtain wall systems, storefront installation, and architectural metal fabrication.
